Is Skybox like Crossfit?

We are not a Crossfit gym, and we try to take a “less is more” approach to our workouts. We can give you a great workout safely and effectively.

Do I need to get in shape before I come to Skybox?

No! While our workouts are high-intensity, that doesn’t mean you need to be "in shape" before you begin. Because our class sizes are small, we're able to devote individual attention to you and we'll make sure you ease in and start at your current fitness level. Don't worry, you'll catch up to the veteran "Skyboxers" in no time!

How many people can I expect in class?

Our average class sizes are anywhere from 10 - 15 people. The max is 24. With our circuit formats, you’ll have plenty of room to do the exercises while also making some friends in the process.

What should I wear to class?

Wear lightweight, moisture wicking shirts and shorts to the gym if possible. Also make sure to wear a great pair of shoes with arch support that can handle light impact.

Do you have lockers, showers, or towels?

We have cubbies to store your items. We have one private shower available. Small workout towels are provided but not always available. You may bring your own to guarantee you get one.
